Na filmiku udostępnionym przez TMZ widzimy jeszcze jedną nieprzyjemną sytuację. Samantha Spector - prawniczka Amber w bardzo przykry sposób potraktowała kobietę znajdującą się w windzie. Kazała jej wyjść, mówiąc do niej "Out, out, out". Należy mieć na uwadze, że sąd jest miejscem publicznym i każdy ma prawo korzystać z tej przestrzeni, Samantha Spector jako prawnik powinna o tym doskonale wiedzieć, niestety obecność gwiazdy sprawiła, że kompletnie zapomniała o zasadach panujących w przestrzeni publicznej oraz dobrych manierach. 

Rozprawa sądowa trwała 9 godzin i miała na celu pojednać małżonków. Jednakże negocjacje nie powiodły się. Amber Heard pozostała przy swojej wersji wydarzeń i nie odpowiadała na pytania prawników Johnny'ego. Informatorzy źródła twierdzą, że znajdowała się w oddzielnym pomieszczeniu.
